摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2/Fe2O3异质结构的复合薄膜,运用XRD、AFM、紫外-可见光投射光谱等对薄膜的微结构、透光率及其光催化特性进行了表征,分析了薄膜结构对光催化性能的影响,并就可见光催化机理进行了探索。结果表明:具有异质结型的TiO2/TiO2/Fe2O3复合结构的薄膜在可见光区有较好的光催化效果,同时这一结构可有效地抑制电子-空穴复合。
The heterojunction TiO2/Fe2O3 composite films were prepared by sol-gel method. Microstructure and transparent spectrum and photochemical catalysis nature of film were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscope (AFM) and UV-visible spectrophotometer. Efficiency of the film structure on the photochemical catalysis were analyzed, and mechanism of heterojunction was studied. The result indicats that, the heterojunction TiO2/TiO2/Fe2O3 film has a good effect of photochemical catalysis respond in the area of visible light, and meanwhile, it can prevent the electron and hole compound.
