摘要
高纯氧化铝陶瓷具有硬度高、耐磨性好、弹性模量高和抗压强度高、绝缘性好、材料性能稳定性好的特点,因而成为惯性仪表中部分关键零部件的基体材料。本文结合某惯性元件的技术要求,讨论了高纯氧化铝陶瓷的性能、制备工艺和表面改性技术。
High purity alumina ceramic, with high hardness, good wear-resistance, high Young 's modulus, high compression strength, good insulativity, and good stability, is parent material of many key parts in inertial component. Based on the specifications of a certain inertial element, the preparation craft and surface modification of high purity alumina ceramic were presented in detail.
