摘要 目的研究伞形科植物天胡荽(Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides)的化学成分。方法用硅胶色谱技术分离化学成分,经理化常数测定、波谱分析等方法进行结构分析。结果得到4个化合物,即豆甾醇(stigmasterol,1)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,2)、染料木素(genistein,3)、大豆素(daidzein,4)。结论化合物2、3、4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 Objective To separate and identify the chemical constituents of Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides. Methods Chemicals from Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides were separated by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures elucidated by IR, NMR. Results Four compounds were isolated from the weeds of Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides, which were identified as stigmasterol( 1 ), daucosterol(2), genistein (3) and daidzein (4). Conclusion Compounds 2,3 and 4 were first reported in Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides.
