摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法建立干姜超临界CO2提取物的指纹图谱。方法采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.02 mol/L磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为225 nm。结果10批干姜提取物经中药色谱指纹图谱评价软件,确定10个共有峰作为指纹特征,相似度均达到0.9以上。结论该法建立的指纹图谱为干姜提取物的质量控制提供基础。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of Rhizoma zingibers extracts from supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. Methods The extracts were analyzed on a C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm)using methanol-0. 02 mol/L phosphate acid as gradient eluents. The detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results Ten bathes of the extracts were analyzed by Chinese medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation software,and 10 peaks were identified as fingerprints. The similarity was above 0. 9. Conclusion The established fingerprints can be used for the quality control of Rhizema zingibers extracts from supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.
