HPLC法测定复方水杨酸甲酯搽剂的含量

Analysis of active ingredients in compound methyl salicylate liniment by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定复方水杨酸甲酯搽剂的含量。方法以辛烷磺酸钠溶液-乙腈梯度洗脱,Kromasil C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）为固定相,流速为1.2 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果马来酸氯苯那敏在19.96～399.22μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为1.2%;壬酸香蓝酰胺在1.967～39.34μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.3%。结论方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于复方水杨酸甲酯搽剂的含量测定。

Objective To develop an HPLC method for analyzing the contents of active ingredients in compound methyl salicylate liniment. Methods Samples were analyzed on a Kromasil C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） with a linear gradient elution mode using sodium octanesulfonate and acetonitrile as eluents. The flow rate was 1.2 ml/min. UV detection wavelength was set 280 nm. Results Chlorphenamine maleate had a good linearity in the range of 19.96 ～ 399.22 μg/mL with average recovery of 100.0% and RSD of 1.2%. Pelargonic acid vanillylamide had a good linearity in the range of 1. 967 ～39.34 μg/mL with average recovery of 100.8% and RSD of 1.3%. Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and rapid.
