摘要
目的研究冰片对5-羟色氨酸(5-HTP)抗抑郁作用的影响。方法采用小鼠悬尾试验、大鼠强迫游泳试验,以动物不动的失望时间为指标;采用利血平致小鼠抑郁模型,以眼睑下垂程度和体温为观察指标,评价冰片对5-羟色氨酸抗抑郁作用的影响。结果冰片可加强5-HTP缩短悬尾及强迫游泳试验中的失望时间;可增强5-HTP对抗由利血平所致的小鼠眼睑下垂和体温下降。结论冰片可增强5-HTP的抗抑郁作用。
Objective To study the role of Borneol in enhancing antidepressant effects of 5-hydroxytryptophane（5-HTP）. Methods Mouse tail suspension test, rat forced swimming test and reserpine-induced mouse depression model were used to evaluate the role of borneol in enhancing antidepressant effects of 5-hydroxytryptophane （ 5-HTP ）. Results Borneol significantly enhanced the effects of 5-HTP to shorten disappointment time in mouse tail suspension test and rat force swimming test and to antagonize the ptosis, hypothermia in mice induced by reserpine. Conclusion Borneol enhances antidepressant effects of 5-hydroxytryptophane.
