我国交通建设用地研究的历史与现状

History and Current Situation on Study of Land Use for Transport Construction in China

在土地全面紧缺的形势下，如何“十分珍惜和合理利用每一寸土地，切实保护耕地”是关系到国计民生的大事，在某种程度上决定着中华民族的命运与子孙后代的幸福．因此，各行各业应尽一切努力来节约用地，保护耕地．用地规划、管理及其研究已经成为一门独立的学科．作为用地较多的交通建设领域，其用地研究也已经取得不少成就．为使对该领域的用地研究有一个较深刻全面的认识，进而推动交通建设用地研究向新的阶段发展，并作为交通建设用地研究学科建设必要的组成部分。

With the overall shortage of land,how to“use every inch of land cherishly and rationaly,and protect the land really,”is an important affair affecting the nation's economy and the people's livelyhood.To some degree,it will decide the fate of Chinese nationality and the happiness of descendants.Therefore,all trades and professions have started the active action,and are studying and probing into the ways and measures so as to economize on land and protect agricultural land. At the same time, land use programme, management and the study about it are becoming an independent branch of science. As the transport construction field occupying more land, its land use study have abtained many achievments. In order to get more profound and more overall knowledge, and to promote transport construction land use study forward to a new stage, as well as to make it become an essential part of the branch science construction of transport construction land use study, this paper proceeds to look back on the history and analyze the current situation about study on land use for transport construction in China, and points out its feature.
