丹参酮Ⅱ_A乳剂对小鼠脑缺血的保护作用

Protective effect of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A emulsion against cerebral ischemia injury in mice

目的观察丹参酮ⅡA对小鼠脑缺血、脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用小鼠断头模型、小鼠脑卒中模型、小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,观察丹参酮ⅡA注射乳剂对小鼠断头后存活时间、喘气次数,小鼠脑卒中后的神经行为,小鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑内SOD活性、MDA含量的影响。结果丹参酮ⅡA能延长小鼠断头后的存活时间、增加断头后的喘气次数,改善脑卒中小鼠的神经行为,提高脑缺血再灌注损伤后小鼠脑组织中SOD酶活性,降低MDA含量。结论丹参酮ⅡA注射乳剂对小鼠脑缺血及脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

Objective To investigate the protective effect of Tanshinone H A against brain injury in mice induced by cerebral ischemia or cerebral iscbemia - reperfusion. Methods Mice were pretreated with Tansbinone Ⅱ A at the dose of 7.8, 3.9, 1.9 mg/kg i. v. respectively. The models of mice cerebral iscbemia and cerebral iscbemia - reperfusion were made. The survival time, gasping time by decapitation and behavior were evaluated. The SOD activity and MDA content were measured. Results Tansbinone Ⅱ A could significantly increase the survival time and gasping time, improve the behavior of mice. Tansbinone Ⅱ A could also enhance the superoxide dismutase （SOD） activity and reduce the malonyldialdebyde （MDA） content in mice brain tissue at the same time. Conclusion Tansbinone Ⅱ A has protective effect against brain damage induced by cerebral iscbemia and cerebral iscbemia - reperfusion in mice.
