复方丹参滴丸联合奥美拉唑治疗老年胃溃疡疗效观察

Clinical study on treatment of gastric ulcer in the aged patients with compound Danshen dripping pills in combination with omeprazole

目的研究复方丹参滴丸与奥美拉唑联合治疗老年胃溃疡的疗效。方法将86例55～73岁的胃溃疡患者,分治疗组45例,口服复方丹参滴丸250 mg,tid,奥美拉唑20 mg,bid;对照组41例,单纯给予奥美拉唑20 mg,bid,疗程均4周。记录症状变化和不良反应,4周治疗结束时复查胃镜。结果4周末,治疗组疼痛消失率为86.6%,高于对照组的68.3%;治疗组溃疡愈合率为73.3%,高于对照组的53.7%;治疗组Hp转阴率大于对照组Hp转阴率,但差异无显著性;两组的胃肠道不良反应亦较少,且症状轻;6个月后,治疗组溃疡复发率16.0%,明显低于对照组的38.9%。结论复方丹参滴丸联合奥美拉唑治疗老年胃溃疡疗效较好。

Objective The curative effect of gastric ulcer in the aged patients with compound Danshen dripping pills in combination with omeprazole were investigated. Methods 85 patients with gastric ulcer between 55 ～ 73 - years - old were randomized into therapeutic group （45 cases, treated with compound Danshen dripping pills three times a day, omeprazole 20mg twice daily ） and control group （41 cases, treated with omeprazole 20 mg twice a day）. After 4 weeks of treatment, patients were rechecked with gastroscopy. Results The pain relief rate and ulcer healing rate in therapeutic group after treatment was 86.6% and 73.3% respectively, which were higher than control group （68.3% and 53.3% respectively）. The negative rate of H. pylori in therapeutic group is better than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference. The side effects were relieved in both groups. After 6 months, the recurring rate of gastric ulcer of the therapeutic group was 16.0%, which was lower than that in the control group （ 38.9% ）. Conclusion The treatment of gastric ulcer in the aged patients by compound Danshen dripping pills and omeprazole has better effect.
