溶剂蒸发法在微球制备中的应用及研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 介绍溶剂蒸发法制备微球的基本原理,分析了溶剂蒸发法制备药物微球的的特点、工艺过程及影响因素,重点讨论溶剂蒸发法的4个关键步骤:药物的加入、乳滴的形成、溶剂的除去、微球的干燥及回收,并阐述了溶剂蒸发法制备微球技术的现状及研究进展。
