碳纤维表面镀铜的初步研究

Preliminary study on surface copperize of carbon fiber

介绍了碳纤维镀铜的前处理工艺及化学镀、电镀的工艺流程,镀层效果可以纤维直径的变化及电阻变化率等来衡量。测试结果表明,化学镀获得的碳纤维镀层均匀、致密、结合力好。

The pretreatment technology and process of electroless plating and electroplating on carbon fiber is introduced. The effect could be tested by the weight gain rate, the changing of fiber diameter and resistance variation. The result shows that the cladding on carbon fiber by chemical plating was homogeneous, compact and bonding well.
