摘要
采用文献资料法、分析综合法和访问法等方法进行研究。通过对竞技举重的日常训练中适应性原理的分析,获得了举重日常训练结构模型,其中主要包括以下内容:基础体能训练,一般爆发力训练,上肢与下肢专项力量训练,拉力与腰力训练,小肌肉群训练。在此基础上分解出18个具体训练子项。
By studying experience, and using such research methods as consulting literature, analysis and synthesis, the author investigate and analyze organizers and participants of Weight Lift, brings forward the useful methods about key points of daily training.
