摘要
采用了文献资料法、专家咨询法,就摔跤运动员力量素质训练方法和手段进行了相关的训练学探讨。研究认为,在培养摔跤选手力量的方法上,主要有爆发力的练习方法、摔跤最大力量练习方法、摔跤肌肉耐力训练的练习方法和借力打力的练习方法四类;在训练手段上,主要提供了专门的力量训练手段结合器械的练习,主要包括两组摔跤运动员力量训练手段组合训练方法。
Using questionnaires and expert information method, the author does a research on strength training methods for juvenile wrestle player. As a result, the author finds that there are four kinds of strength training, these are the training method for erupt strength improving, training method for maximum strength improving, the method for stamina strength improving and one for improving the skill of using opponent's strength. The author also puts forward a few ways on how to deal with it in our wrestle strength training.
