利用可视化人体图像确定咀嚼肌三维肌力向量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过可视化人体图像确定咀嚼肌的三维肌力向量。方法利用可视化人体图像先对咀嚼肌进行三维重建,再确定各咀嚼肌的最大生理性横截面积,计算出最大肌力后,再进行向量分解。结果建立了形态逼真的咀嚼肌、颌骨的三维实体模型,据此获得了各咀嚼肌的三维肌力向量。结论在可视化人体超薄切片基础上,所确定的咀嚼肌三维肌力向量更符合生理状况。 Objective To determine the thrce-dimensional muscle force vectors of masticatory muscles. Methods A thrce-dimensional solid model of masticatory muscles and mandibule was built up on basis of images of Chinese Visible Human. Afterwards, the physiological maximum cross section area of each masticatory muscle was obtained to calculate the maximum muscle force and the thrce-dimensional muscle force vectors were determined .Results The accurate solid model of masticatory muscles and mandible was reconstructed and thrce-dimen- sional muscle force vectors of each muscle were obtained by resolution of vectors. Conclusion The muscle force vectors obtained from images of Visible Human were more compatible with physiological environment.
