键槽缓压式附着体义齿的临床应用

Clinical application of ASC-52 attachment prosthesis

目的采用键槽缓压式附着体义齿修复后牙游离缺失，评价其临床效果。方法采用键槽缓压式附着体（ASC-52），为18例游离端牙列缺损患者行附着体义齿修复，随访1～4年，通过患者主观感觉、口腔检查、X线检查3方面评估修复效果。结果患者感觉舒适，异物感较小，固位稳定性好，功能行使好，基牙及牙槽嵴无病变。结论键槽缓压式附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损效果良好，是一种理想的牙列缺损修复的固位体。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ASC-52 attachments used in distal extensive partial dentures. Methods 18 patients were restored with distal extensive partial dentures and ASC-52 attachments. The long-term effect of the restorations was evaluated according to subjects＇ feelings, clinical examination and X-ray examination in the following 1-4 years. Results The subjects didn＇ t complain about discomfort. Meanwhile, the attachments exhibited good retention and the restorations functioned well. There were also no pathological changes in the abutments and the alveolar ridges. Conclusion The ASC-52 attachment could be an ideal retainer for the distal extensive partial dentures.
