重症胰腺炎术后共接受6次人工肝血浆置换治疗1例

摘要重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）病情凶险，发病迅速，并发症多。治疗方法较多。笔者遇到1例接受6次人工肝血浆置换患者，现报告如下。
