摘要
该文针对目前大部分建设工程只在工程建设实施阶段进行造价控制的状况,提出应重视项目施工前的造价控制,阐述了如何在设计阶段和投资决策阶段进行造价控制。
In the light of the present situation that the control of construction cost in the most construction projects is only in the implementation period of the engineering construction,the article puts forward the control of construction cost must be for attention before the construction of the projects,and sets forth how to control the construction cost in the design period and the investment policy making period.
