摘要
数控机床与外部的数据交换是数控机床的重要功能之一,其中不仅是为了完成加工程序的存取,同时也是柔性制造系统(FMS)计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)等先进制造技术所必需的.但是我国现役的数控机床有很多是八十年代的产品,加工程序的存储是通过穿孔纸带及穿孔机和读带机来完成的,不具备与外界(如PC机)直接通讯的功能.因此存在着效率低、成本高、与现代加工技术的要求不相适应的问题.本文从数控机床改造的观点出发,介绍了一种实现微机(PC机)与本身不带有通讯接口的数控机床之间的数据通讯的方法。
Data exchanging between a NC machine-tools and his environment is one of the main functions of NC machine-tools. It's not only necessary to save and to load programs but also fundamental to the advanced manufacturing technologies (for example,FMS, CIMS, etc.). But so far, most of the NC machine tools used in the factories in our country are the products of 80'years. They don't have the function of communication with external devices. So they cannot meet the demands listed above, by the way, they have other disadvantages as low efficiency, high cost, etc.. In this paper a method to solve this problem is given, and a example is taken to explain how the process works.
