肾细胞癌抗凋亡基因bcl-2的免疫组化研究

Immunohistochemical study of apoptosis suppressing oncoprotein bcl 2 in human renal cell carcinoma

为探讨ｂｃｌ２基因产物表达与肾癌生物学行为及预后的关系，采用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法对６０例肾细胞癌和５例正常肾组织ｂｃｌ２表达产物进行检测。结果表明：６６．７％肾癌显示阳性，正常肾组织均为阴性反应。ｂｃｌ２表达与肾癌的分期分级有关，且随着肾癌分期、分级的上升而降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ｂｃｌ２表达与肾癌组织学类型无关；ｂｃｌ２阳性表达者预后较好。提示ｂｃｌ２可作为肾癌恶性程度及预后的估价性指标。

renal cell carcinomas(RCC)and 5 normal renal tissue specimens have been studied by LSAB immunohistochemical methods,using bcl 2 antibody to find the correlation between bcl 2 and the biological behaviors and prognosis of RCC.Positive staining of bcl 2 protein was found in 66.7% of RCC(40/60),but none in normal renal tissues.Expression of bcl 2 was closely related to the clinical stage and tumor grade, the incidence of expression of bcl 2 gene being decreased with stage and grading ( P <0.01).No correlation was found between bcl 2 expression and the histologic type.Cases with negative bcl 2 expression had poor prognosis.bcl 2 might be applicable as a tumor marker for the evaluation of maligant potential and prognosis of RCC.
