膀胱外翻合并肠异位(附九例报告)

Extrophy of bladder with associated ectopic bowel(report of 9 cases)

为了提高对膀胱外翻合并肠异位的认识及提高诊治效果，报告自１９７２～１９９５年收治各型膀胱外翻８０例中合并肠异位者９例，占１１％。其中男６例，女３例，平均年龄２．９岁。完全型膀胱外翻６例，部分型１例，隐型２例；片状肠异位６例，管状肠异位３例。病理结果：大肠５例，小肠２例，肠粘膜２例。９例均采用切除异位肠组织行膀胱外翻功能修复术。结果：控制排尿６例，部分失禁２例，完全尿失禁１例。认为膀胱外翻合并肠异位是介于泄殖腔外翻与膀胱外翻之间的胚胎发育异常。应采用切除异位肠组织再行膀胱外翻功能性修复。
