按劳分配是生产社会化的客观要求,与生产资料所有制的性质没有必然联系;按劳分配的具体依据和对象是由劳动者投入的不同性质的劳动决定的,劳动的资本性决定劳动者必然要参与新创造价值(v+m)中的m的分配;就资本化的劳动力而言,按劳分配实质上是按劳动力资本分配,它是按劳分配在市场经济条件下的特殊实现形式。
