Comparing the constitutional system of Britain ,called the mother of constitutional government, with that of China from the historical evolution,connotations and basic frames, the authors find China has imported the developing patterns from other countries into Chinese constitutional system, but she did not and would never just take over British or other countries systems directly and simply, she has set up her own constitutional system with Chinese characterized features.
