维生素D受体基因多态性与骨质疏松 被引量:2

摘要 近年实验研究证实,维生素D受体(VDR)基因多态性与骨密度(BMD)密切相关,且可占其遗传因素75%左右。正常高加索人群可通过VDR基因多态性预测BMD,其中bb基因型者比BB基因型者其BMD值可高出15%左右;日本人的VDR基因多态性分布频率显著不同于高加索人,其中BB型仅占1%,但不同基因型之间仍有相似于高加索人的BMD差异;学者们对美国人、法国人、朝鲜人的观察,未发现VDR基因多态性与BMD有明显相关性。关于VDR基因多态性与骨量丢失的关系,多数研究显示骨丢失率以BB型为多,从而支持基因型能预测骨量丢失的观点,但也有研究提出,三种基因型间的骨丢失率无明显差异。
