SAMI-R在公路拓宽改建中的应用

摘要 公路拓宽改建工程中,老路病害以及加宽接缝部位处理是个难题。橡胶沥青应力吸收层具有防水性能好、抗变形能力强等优点。通过在老路及新建基层表面铺筑SAMI-R,取芯及剪切试验初步表明:SAMI-R用于公路拓宽改造工程是可行的,可以大大减少半刚性基层的裂缝反射到面层,延长路面的使用寿命。 In highway reconstructed project, it is a difficult problem to treat highway diseases and widening settlement of joint. Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer-Rubber (SAMI-R) possesses many features such as good waterproof and strong deformation stability. SAMI-R has been successfully used in reconstruction of old highway and new built highway sarface. The shear testing results show that it is fully feasible for SAMI-R applied in highway reconstruction, and the life-span of highway can be lengthened through reducing the quantity of asphalt pavement cracks reflected from semi-rigid base.
