摘要
只有在公路设计时以环境保护为基础,以美学理论为指导,以风格鲜明为特点,以兼顾效益为目的,将公路建设与自然、人文环境协调发展,坚持灵活、宽容、创作的理念贯穿到设计、施工和管理的每一个环节,实现"最小程度的破坏,最大限度的保护,最强力度的恢复",才能最终实现建设与保护的"双赢",在新的公路建设阶段建立科学、完善的设计新理念。
During highway design, only taking environment protection as foundation, taking aesthetics theory as direction, taking distinctive style as character, taking the interests as objective, making ideas of highway development coordinated with nature, social environment, and insisting flexible, tolerant and creative design run through every links including design, construction and management, to realize "Minimum Destroying, Maximum Protecting, Maximum Being Back", so that finally to realize the both win between development and protection, and to establish scientific and perfect new design ideas of highway construction.
