基于轨迹交叉论的交通建设工程施工事故原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 对2003~2006年浙江省交通建设工程施工事故数据进行统计分析,发现桥梁施工、路基施工和隧道施工工程是危险性较大的工程,伤亡事故主要集中在坍塌、高处坠落和车辆伤害类型中,运用轨迹交叉论进行分析,发现人的能量分配上的差异和行为失误是人因素事故链的常发生段,施工作业环境和工艺流程是物事故链的常发生段。为有效避免事故的发生,应采取对施工人员加强安全教育,强化工种考核及技术培训,对作业环境采取保护措施,合理设计施工工艺流程,保证结构强度和可靠性,及时对机械和车辆进行维护等措施。 The accidents data occurred in the construction process of traffic project in Zhejiang from 2003 to 2006 were analyzed. It shows that bridge construction project, roadbed construction project and tunnel construction project are more dangerous projects. The accidents mainly concentrate on the following damage types like collapse, high-position falling and vehicle injury. The path overlapping theory is adopted to analyze, and the results show that the difference of human energy distribution and the behavior error are two major human factors in accident trains, the construction environment and technics flow are tWO major substance factors in accident trains. For avoiding accident happening, it is necessary to strengthen safety education and the examination of work, to think much of the training, to adopt safeguard for the construction environment, to design the technics flow with reason, to keep the framework's strength and reliability, and to maintain the machine and the vehicle in time.
