摘要 根据某些盐及萃取剂可改变乙醇-水相对挥发度的原理,研究了几种盐与乙二醇组成的复合萃取剂对乙醇-水体系精馏分离效果的影响。试验发现,在溶剂体积比为1∶1,回流比为2,复合萃取剂浓度为0.030g/ml(CaCl2/C2H6O2)时,综合效果最好。通过从微观角度分析分子间的作用力,研究了复合萃取剂对于乙醇-水体系的作用机理。 The comparative volatility of ethanol-water system could be changed by different salts and extractants. In the present work, the effects of several salts and complex extractants on the distillation of fuel ethanol were studied. It was found that a high ethanol concentration could be obtained with an extractant/ethanol ratio 1:1, regurgitant ratio 2, when 0.030 g/ml (CaCl2/C2H6O2) solution was utilized as the composite extractant. The distillation mechanism of composite extractant and salt influencing on the ethanol-water system was proposed by analyzing the inter-force among molecules from microcosmic point of view.
