摘要
在介绍软并网控制系统的基础上,针对失速型风电机组的特点提出了一种简单、可靠的数字触发新算法——双余算法。该算法计算简便,具有较快的响应时间、良好的适应性和抗干扰能力,占用系统资源少,便于现场调试。以此算法为基础设计的软并网控制系统,应用在新疆达坂城风电场F3号等机组上,收到了非常满意的效果。该软系统对提高风力发电机运行的可靠性和并网成功率,减轻风力发电机并网冲击电流有很大的作用。
Based on the introduction of soft cut-in control system, and considering the characters of stall-controlled wind turbines, this paper presents a simple and reliable digital trigger algorithm--Double Remainder Algorithm. The common algorithm has simple calculation, rapid response time, good adaptability and high immunity, it requires less resource and is convenient for locale debugging. The soft cut-in controller is designed based on this algorithm and the application of it in NO.F3 of Xinjiang Da-ban-cheng wind power plant has received a good result. This system has very obvious advantages for improving running reliability and cut-in success ratio of wind power generators, and for releasing cut-in inrush current.
