摘要
采用花粉液体培养法研究温度和培养液(蔗糖浓度、B^+、Ca^2+)对3个栽培水仙品种花粉萌发的影响。结果表明,适宜水仙花粉萌发的温度为15~25℃;当蔗糖浓度为100~150g·L^-1时,花粉具有较高的萌发率;外源B^+浓度为10~20mg·L^-1时有利于花粉萌发;外源Ca^2+作用不稳定。
The effects of temperature, sucrose, boron, calcium on pollen germination of three cultivars of Narcissus spp. were studied by culturing pollens in liquid media. The results showed that the suitable temperature for pollen germination were 15 - 25℃. The germination rates of pollen of Narcissus spp. were much high when the concentration of sucrose was 100 ~ 150g· L^-1. That when external concentration of B^+ was 10-20 mg·L^-1 was conducive to the germination of pollen. The effects of external Ca^2+ was not stable.
