This article briefly introduced the survey of the perennial forage nursery in China and resource conservation, expatiated current situation of documentation and digital expression of the perennial forage nursery. The framework of resources sharing and utilization was presented, problems and solutions in documentation and concordancy of forage germplasm resource.
