我国事业单位改革进行了近20年,近几年有地方开始探索建立事业单位法人治理,并且有很多学者进行了相关研究。总结了事业单位法人治理在实践和研究方面的特点,并结合目前公立医院在法人治理方面的大体现状,从中得到几点对我国公立医院建立法人治理结构和激励约束机制的启示。

Institution reform has been going for almost 20 years in our country. The corporate governing of institution has been explored to be established in some areas during recent years, also many scholars have done relative researches. This article concludes the characters of corporate governing of institution in practice and research, and analyses them as well as the general condition in corporate governing of public hospital currently. Furthermore,, several enlightemnents of establishing corporate governing structure , motivation and inhibition mechanism in public hospital are concluded from the analysis above,
