连续采煤机块煤产量数学模型及其影响因素

Mathematical model of lump coal production for continuous miner and analyses of influencing factors

假设连续采煤机的块煤产量服从韦布尔分布，建立了连续采煤机块煤产量的数学模型，给出了模型中有关参量的确定方法，并利用计算机模拟的方法对连续采煤机工作过程15～25、25～50与50～100mm三种粒度的块煤产量进行了数值模拟，分析了有关参数对连续采煤机不同块煤产量的影响，为合理确定机器的设计参数和工作参数、提高块煤产量和煤炭生产的经济效益提供了理论依据。

A lump coal production mathematic model of a continuous miner is established by assumpting that lump coal production of the machine obeys Weibull distribution in the paper, methods of determining parameters in the model are given, lump coal productions of 15-25,25-50 and 50-100 mm sizes formed during the machine works are simulated by means of computer simulation, effects of relative parameters on different lump coal productions are analyzed, which lays a theoretical basis for determining reasonably design parameters and operating parameters of a continuous miner, increasing lump coal production and economic benefits of coal production.
