心脑健片质量标准中没有咖啡因的限量检查,为了更好地控制心脑健片的内在质量,采用分光光度法对其咖啡因限量进行了研究,实验结果表明本法精密度高,回收率,重现性良好,简便快速,适用于本品咖啡因限量检查.

There is no examination to limit the quantity of caffeine in quality standard of Xin-nao-jian Tablets. To well control the quality of the drug, spectrophotometer method was appliedto determine the content of caffeine in Xin-nao-jian Tablets. The experimental result indicates that it is a simple, fast and accurate method with high recovery and good repeatability, suited to the examination of caffeine in Xin-nao-jian Tablets.
