摘要 在不同的2,4-D浓度条件下,对几种苜蓿进行诱导,筛选出对2,4-D敏感,体细胞胚发生能力高和分化率也高的苜蓿品种.进而完善受体再生系统,使该系统具备重复性强、操作简便、培养周期短、再生率高和遗传性稳定性好. Under different 2, 4-D concentration condition, several kinds of alfalfa were induced. The alfalfa breed with high ability of cell embryo generation and high differentiation rate which is sensitive to 2, 4-D is screened. Then the acceptor regeneration system is improved so that the system has high repetitiveness, easy operation, short training period, high regeneration rate and heredity stability.
