摘要
针对某厂余热锅炉存在的问题,通过实际调研及理论计算,对相应的问题,作了对应的技术改造.尤其对锅筒不进水,过热蒸汽的温度超标准,蒸发段爆管等问题作了阐述.
Aiming at the problems of the heat recovery boiler in a factory, the technical reform is worked out through the theoretical calculation and the study of the actual situation. The reasons why the water can not be fed into the boiler drum, why the temperature of superheated steam is higher than the standard and why the evaporating pipe burst are explained.
