无创伤性产前诊断的研究进展

摘要 产前诊断又称宫内诊断或出生前诊断,是细胞遗传学,分子生物学和临床医学紧密结合的一门学科。随着晚婚晚育,优生优育观念的深入人心,产前诊断也越来越受到重视,它可及时制止有遗传缺陷患儿的出生,达到优生的目的。近年来,随着医学分子生物学和细胞生物学的迅速发展,非侵入性产前诊断方法也在不断改进,并做到了真正意义上的无创伤,使其应用于临床成为可能。
