女性不孕症患者基础内分泌与其心理健康状况分析

Analysis of endocrine basis and mental health of female infertility patience.

目的探讨女性不孕症患者内分泌测定值与其心理健康状况的关系,为其心理治疗方案的制定提供实验依据。方法观察对象按其基础内分泌测定值分为3组。用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对观察对象及对照组进行测评。结论观察组与对照组比较的差异主要集中于总分及焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、人际关系、偏执、强迫、敌对几个因子上。高FSH组、高T组、高PRL组各组的心理问题严重程度不同,3组心理问题的严重程度依次为:高FSH组、高T组、高PRL组。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the value of endocrine basis and mental health in female infertility patience. In order to offer experimental basis for development of psychological treatment programs. Methods ： The objects are divided into three groups based on their value of endocrine basis, then evaluating the object groups and control group using Symptom Check List 90. Conclusion： Difference between the object group and control group mainly focuses on the factors of total score, anxiety, and depression, somatization, paranoid ideation, hostility, interpersonal sensitivity and obsessive - compulsive. The severity of different groups （high FSH group, high T group and high PRL group） is different, the order in tum is high FSH group, high T group and high PRL group.
