The Management of Total Quality and the Quality Assurance of Adult Education

长期以来普遍存在一种错误认识,认为成人教育是高等教育中的"次等教育",影响了成人教育的质量。根据TQM理论,成人高等教育应根据顾客的需求,坚持质量持续改进的原则。完善教学决策指挥系统、教学运行与管理系统、教学信息采集与质量过程监测系统、教学评估与反馈系统四个系统及其运行机制。

For a long period, there exists a kind of mistaken realization that adult education is ＂inferior education＂ among high - level educations, which affects negatively the quality of adult education. According to TQM Theory, adult education should meet the need of customers, stick to the principle of quality＇s sustainable improvement and perfect the following four systems and their functioning organization. The four systems are： the teaching decision - making and commanding system, the teaching functioning and management system, the teaching information - collecting and quality - process - monitoring system and the teaching evaluation and feedback system.
