西部区域发展中的金融政策取向研究

On Financial Policy Direction of Western Area Development in China

资金短缺是经济欠发达地区永恒的主题,西部区域发展所有措施的实施无不需要巨额的资金投入,而中央政府的投入和相关政策性支持是西部大开发的第一推动力。如何强化金融在现代经济中的核心地位,为西部地区经济发展筹措资金是非常迫切而现实的问题。本文在对我国和其他国家金融支持区域经济发展的理论和实践比较的基础上,提出了我国西部区域发展中的金融政策取向。

Insufficient funds are eternal topies for underdevelopment area. The implement of all the measures of regional development in the West requires a huge funds input. The investment from central government and the relating support resulting from policies are the first impulsions for western development. It is an urgent and practical problem for economic development in western areas to enforce finance as the core and to raise funds. The financial policy direction of western area development in China is put forward by comprising the theory and practice of finance supporting regional economic development between China and other countries.
