摘要
研究了烘烤温度对阴极温度的影响,实验表明在烘烤温度一定时,阴极温度的变化量会随着阴极初始温度的增大而减小,阴极采用恒压加热时其温度的变化小于恒流加热时的温度变化,并从理论上对实验结果进行了定性解释。最后研究了与微波管相近的电子枪结构中阴极温度受烘烤温度的影响,实验结果为避免阴极尤其是氧化物阴极在分解激活过程中造成阴极蒸发提供了很好的实验依据。
The influence of oven's temperature on temperature of cathode during the evacuation of microwave tubes has been studied in experiments. The results proved that the temperature of cathode will rise with the raising of oven's temperature. The change of cathode's temperature decreased with the raising of cathode's temperature. The change of cathode's temperature being heated by constant voltage power source is smaller than that of being heated by constant current power source. At last, the experimental resuits are explained in theory.
