Social Capital's Influence on Human Capital Investment in the Process of Social Transformation

社会资本在三个层面上影响了人力资本投资。宏观上,社会资本对人力资本投资政策的"强化"或者"摈弃",影响着人力资本投资的效果;从中观层面来看,联盟的社会资本对人力资本的投资作用主要通过成员之间的模仿、"干中学"等相互学习机制得以实现,但在我国社会转型过程中,农村和城市社区的变化实际上弱化了社区社会资本的人力资本投资功能;微观上,转型期家庭结构的极大变化与渐进变化的社会资本的不适应,削弱了家庭对人力资本的投资作用。

Social capital influences human capital investment in three levels. On the macro level, social capital influences human capital investment＇ s effect by strengthening or abandoning policies. On the middle level, social capital among the league members affects human capital by the learning mechanism of imitation or learning by doing. On the micro level, the disparity between the family structure and social capital causing by different changing style in transforming time weakens family＇ s effect in human capital investment.
