摘要
采用数值模拟的方法对大方坯结晶器内钢水流动过程进行了理论计算和分析,评估了浸入式水口结构对结晶器综合冶金效果的影响,并讨论了有关工艺参数与浸入式水口结构参数的关系。结果表明,浸入式水口结构及其工艺参数对结晶器内钢水流场分布及湍流粘度分布影响显著。
The fluid flow in bloom mold has been calculated and analyzed by numerical simulation, aiming at evaluating the combinative influence of the structure of the submerged entry nozzle (SEN) on metallurgical effects in the mold and discussing the relation between the process parameters and the structure of submerged entry nozzle. The results show that the structure and the involved process parameters of SEN affect the distribution of flow field and turbulent viscosity.
