基于ANSYS建模的钢管塔经济高度分析 被引量:1

摘要 钢管塔是一种截面性能优良,外形美观且自重轻的塔体,相对角钢塔而言用钢量少,风荷载体形系数小。然而钢管的造价要比角钢多,且塔体本身的造价占工程本体造价的30%之多,所以在何种高度范围内使用钢管塔比较经济是值得研究的问题。本文利用ANSYS有限元分析软件以220kV双回路塔建立不同呼称高的模型,与钢管塔相比较,在满足一定力学和工程要求的前提下确定钢管塔适用的经济高度,得出详细的计算结果并提出展望。 Steel pipe tower is a light-deadweight tower which has excellent section capability and handsome figure. Compared with angle iron tower, it use less quantity of steel and has a less magnitude of coefficient of wind-load bodily form. However, cost of steel pipe tower is more than that of angle tower, and the cost of tower body itself takes more than 30% that of the whole project. So, it is worth to study that in which height ranges the application of pipe tower is economical. Based on ANSYS, a commercial finite element analysis software, models were found of 220kV double circuit towers with various height, compared with pipe tower, to study the economical height of pipe tower on the premise of satisfying the mechanical and engineering requirements. The detailed results have got, and a new assumption for the future work has been put forward.
