带有LC网络的全桥准相移逆变电源的研制

Study of manufacture on quasi-phase-shift full-bridge inverter welding machine with LC network

介绍了一种带有全桥准相移零压零流软开关主电路拓扑结构的逆变焊机,与传统中频变压器相比设计了一种低漏抗中频变压器,从而加强了前臂开关的零电流性质。在中频变压器中采用了加强激磁电流的措施,加快空载或轻载条件下前臂并联电容拉电荷的速度,从而满足了全桥准相移零压零流软开关主电路中前臂零电压开通和关断的条件。

Introduced in this paper is a kind of quasi-phase-shift full-bridge ZVZCS soft-switching inverter welding machine with LC network. A intermediate frequency （IF） transformer is designed in the machine which has lower leakage resistance than the conditional transformer to improve the zero current in the leading leg. In the IF transformer, the measure of improving exciting current was taken, and higher velocity of dragging charge from parallel capacitor when light loaded or no loaded was achieved to meet the condition, for the leading leg, of turn-on and turn-off at zero voltage.
