摘要
对苏南运河苏锡常段沿岸的工业污染源、农业污染源和城镇生活污水排污的分布以及入河的排污情况进行了调查,计算出各种污水污染源的入河量,对污染源进行了评价,指出了苏南运河段的主要污染源、主要污染物以及排污量最大的主要污染企业和城镇区。根据水质断面水质监测成果,对苏南运河段的水环境质量用单因子指数法进行了现状评价,得出了水质断面达标情况及主要的污染因子。此外,根据确定的水质目标,分别计算出各段水体的水环境容量、排污控制量和削减率,再结合现状排污量,对所得的计算结果进行了对比分析。找到了超标断面和超标污染因子,并在上述结果的基础上提出了相关建议。
Through the investigation for the distribution and sewage amount of the industry pollu- tion source, agriculture pollution source and the urban sewage source alongshore the South Su Canal, this paper has calculated out total amount of pollutant drainage into the river, carried out the appraisal to the polluted sources, and pointed out the main pollution sources, major pollu- tants and the primary pollution enterprises and urban area. According to the monitoring results of water quality, we evaluated the water quality by using the single factor index method. Besides, according to the certain water quality target, this paper has computed the water environment capacity, the sewage control amount and the cut down rate. We found out the place where its pollu- tant exceeded, the water environment capacity and the main contaminate factor. Based on the up results, this paper put forward the correlative suggestions.
