摘要 以国产引进型300 MW机组为例,通过对汽轮机组的变工况计算,研究了滑压运行方式下,开启不同数目的调节阀对机组性能产生的影响,如调节级相对效率、调节级有效比焓降、高压缸排汽温度、给水泵耗功等。通过对上述指标的分析比较,得到了机组的最佳滑压运行方式。并指出对于不同型式的机组,应该开启不同数目调节阀,以提高机组的运行经济性。 Taking a licensed 300 MW, domestic manufactured, as an example, variable load calculations of the steam turbine have been made and the effect on turbine performance, under gliding pressure operating condition, of opening different numbers of governing valves, investigated, including the governing stage's relative efficiency and effective enthalpy drop, the H.P. cylinder's exit steam temperature, the feed water pump' s power consumption etc. By a comparative analysis of all the mentioned indices, the optimal that, for inproving operational mode of gliding pressure operation of the set is found. It is pointed out economy, different number of governing valves should be opened for different types of turbine sets.
