Maintenance of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers with Utilizing Residual Heat after Hot Drainage for Drying Purpose

锅炉热炉放水、余热烘干保养法是锅炉短期停炉常用的保养方法,但CFB锅炉在这过程中,因为10 t以上床料散热很慢,热容量较大,存在很多制约因素,如汽包上、下温差过大,布风板水冷壁管过热,浇注料脱落等问题。针对这些问题,并根据经验,提出了解决的办法。

Water drain-off in the hot state, and utilizing the left-over heat for drying, is often used for boiler maintenance, in case of short time stoppages; but in the case of circulating fluidized bed boilers, because of the tardiness, of heat dissipation of several tons of bed stuff, and its relatively large heat capacity, quite a number of limiting factors come into play, e.g. the temperature difference between the drum＇s upper and lower wall may get excessive, the water cooled wall tubes of the air distribution baltles may get too hot, the castable refractory may break off etc. Keeping in mind all these problems, a solution, based on experience, is being proffered.
