摘要 针对钱清发电厂2台锅炉除灰系统用水量大、厂用电率高等问题,对除灰系统的主灰沟、冲洗水喷嘴及碎渣机等进行了一系列的改造,增强了除灰系统的排灰能力,实现了单台冲洗水泵运行方式,降低了厂用电率,减轻了运行人员的劳动强度,节约了生产用水,提高了锅炉运行的经济性。 For solving the problem of excessive water and power consumption of the ash disposal system of Qianqing power plant's two boilers, their ash disposal system's ash chutes, washout nozzles and clinker crushers have been reconstructed. Herewith the systems' ash disposal capability was raised and operation with but a single washout pump made possible. Consequently the house power consumption was cutdown, the operators' labour alleviated and water saved, thus improving the boilers' operational economy.
