摘要
介绍了QFR-400-2-20型发电机单环流式密封油系统的回路构成,分析各个回路的流程和作用,并和双环流密封油系统作简单比较。对正常运行回路和事故运行回路建立了可靠性模型,并采用故障模式影响及危害性分析对"油-氢差压控制单元"进行初步分析,对发电机"进油事故"采取故障树(FTA)方法分析,提出增设发电机底部液位报警装置的建议。
The single-ring type sealing oil system's loop build-up, of QFR-400-2-20 type generators, is being described, the flow and function of each loop is analyzed and concisely compared with the double-ring type sealing oil system. Reliability models of the normal running loop and the emergency running loop are set-up, and a preliminary analysis performed, for the "oil-hydrogen differential pressure control unit", by the FMECA analyzing method. Cases of generator's "oil-influx accidents" are dealt with by the fault tree analysis(FTA) method. The addition of an oil level alarm sounding device, to be fixed at the generator's base, is proposed.
