摘要
研究型学校文化是激励学校进行教学改革、提升学校竞争能力的重要精神力量。本文根据行动研究的性质和研究型学校文化建设的需求,提出行动研究是建设研究型学校文化的有效途径,并探讨了利用行动研究促进研究型学校文化建设的措施与方法。
Research-based school culture is an important spiritual power which encourages schools to carry out the teaching reformation and improves the competitive ability. Action research has special significance for construction of research-based school culture. Utilizing action research to promote research-based school culture is an effective approach for the construction of this kind school culture. Specific methods of action research are also discussed for improvement of research-based school culture.
